Jasvinder Wadhera: Dr. Bhilare, it’s an honor to have you here. Your dedication to women’s empowerment and education for underprivileged children is truly commendable. What inspired you to take this path?
Dr. Tayjaswni Bhilare: Thank you, Jasvinder. My inspiration comes from personal experiences and the struggles I have witnessed around me. I firmly believe that if a woman doesn’t understand another woman’s pain, then who will? Women must support each other, uplift one another, and work together to create a stronger, more compassionate society.
Jasvinder Wadhera: That’s a beautiful thought. Many people talk about women empowerment, but you actively work towards it. What, in your opinion, holds women back the most?
Dr. Tayjaswni Bhilare: More than external barriers, it is often self-doubt and lack of support from their own circles. Women are powerful, but society conditions them to believe otherwise. My message to every woman is simple: Believe in yourself, support each other, and take control of your destiny. When one woman rises, she pulls many others along with her.
Jasvinder Wadhera: Along with women’s empowerment, you are also deeply committed to providing education to underprivileged children. What drives you in this mission?
Dr. Tayjaswni Bhilare: Education is the most powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty. I have met so many bright young minds who lack opportunities simply because of their financial situation. That’s unacceptable. Every child deserves a chance to learn, dream, and build a future. That’s why I have dedicated myself to ensuring that children, especially from underprivileged backgrounds, get access to quality education.
Jasvinder Wadhera: Many people hesitate to get involved in social work, thinking it requires a lot of money or resources. What’s your take on this?
Dr. Tayjaswni Bhilare: Social service isn’t just about money. It’s about heart and intention. Even small acts—mentoring a child, guiding a woman, offering a kind word—can change lives. If every individual committed to helping just one person, imagine the impact we could create.
Jasvinder Wadhera: You balance your personal, professional, and social responsibilities so gracefully. How do you manage it all?
Dr. Tayjaswni Bhilare: It’s not easy, but passion makes it possible. My family has been my biggest support system. Their faith in me gives me the strength to take on challenges. Life is about finding purpose, and when your work aligns with your passion, it never feels like a burden.
Jasvinder Wadhera: Finally, what message would you like to give to women who feel stuck or powerless in their lives?
Dr. Tayjaswni Bhilare: I want to tell every woman—You are stronger than you think. No situation is permanent, and no challenge is impossible to overcome. Believe in yourself, support other women, and never stop striving for growth. Together, we can create a world where every woman feels empowered and every child has access to education.
Jasvinder Wadhera: That’s truly inspiring. Thank you, Dr. Bhilare, for sharing your insights and for your incredible work.
Dr. Tayjaswni Bhilare: Thank you, Jasvinder. I hope more people come forward to contribute in their own way and make a difference.
